Graduated in law from the College of Law by the Toledo Institute of Education (Instituto Toledo de Ensino de Bauru), in Bauru-SP in 1964. Acted in the law field from 1965 to 1976, in the north of Paraná. Ministry of Finance Attorney in the year 1976. Joined the state of Paraná Judiciary System, where he worked as the Judge of Bela Vista do Paraíso, Sertanópolis, Campo Largo and Rolândia Municipalities, becoming retired in the year 1987. Chair teacher in the Paraná State Judiciary School. Brazilian Judiciary Association Member (AMB). Member of the Paraná State Judiciary Association (AMAPAR). Brazilian Bar Association Member (OAB), Paraná section.

Graduated in law from the Law College by the State University of Londrina in 1992. Postgraduate in Civil law and Civil Proceedings by INBRAPE – Brazilian Institute of Socio-Economic Research in 1995. Coordinator in the State Nucleus of State Justice from the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Paraná section.
