• Preventive action in conflicts between suppliers and consumers of products and services;

•Revision and elaboration of commercial contracts, terms of guaranties or technical assistance, services supply, products sale, aiming at their adequacy to the Consumer Defense Law;

•Opinion elaboration regarding establishment of liability, clauses misuse, warranties, rights and duties of the parties, misleading advertisement, products and services failure, application and graduation of fines, compensation for loss or damage and other relevant questions;

•Legal action regarding individual or collective lawsuits aiming at the responsibility for the product or the accomplished service provision.
