• Labor orientation in cases of occupational diseases and labor accidents;

• Representation of individuals and corporate bodies in judicial and administrative processes related to the application of labor and social security regulations. Representation of companies and union organizations in collective disputes and negotiation of collective work contracts;

• Studies and opinions on labor and social security law issues, including private social security plans. Advice and conduct of outsourcing processes.
