• Elaboration of contracts and legal opinions involving real estate nature obligations, such as the acquisition and loss of possession and property, in purchase and sale contracts of tangible property, renting, trades, usufruct, leasing, real estate incorporation, civil construction, undertaking and work cession, administrative real estate contract, plot divisions, condominiums, immovable property dismemberment by responsible body;

• Filing and defense of lawsuits aiming at the fulfillment of duties deriving from real estate contracts, such as property restitution, evictions, renewal, revision, compulsory awarding, mortgage execution, civil responsibility fixation by loss or damage, credit recovery and possession or property restitution.
